I transform Sales Teams, commencing early 2002 when I created and facilitated Microsoft’s “Realising Platform Value” sales methodology across Asia Pacific, which was designed and based on my own successful sales practices in Microsoft Corporation.

I have since deployed Global Sales Programs, tailoring them to suit APJ Business Cultures within companies such as IBM, and initiated specific local programs better suited to local needs with buy in from Global Management; designing and delivering enablement and coaching programs to ensure take-up.

Success is not an individual achievement and comes through leading teams to success; transforming existing practices across a range of cross discipline professionals, spread across geographical borders, into a focused team extending their reach through strong alliances .
